Drawing inspiration from plant life as a metaphor for the resilience, beauty, and opportunity found in the Bronx, the Flowers Grow Uptown collection celebrates Jae Tips’ neighborhood with deep personal meaning. Debuted during Paris Fashion Week in June 2025, the collection features four striking colorways: Virginia Creeper, Sugar Maple, Perilla, and a DTC-exclusive Poison Ivy, each named after foliage native to the Bronx.

More than just a design statement, the collection honors the strength and creativity that continue to grow in often overlooked spaces, turning the natural world into a symbol of community, pride, and potential.

Built on Saucony’s retro ProGrid Triumph 4, the collection blends technical running design with personal storytelling through bold colorways on breathable mesh with glossy overlays. Floral graphics on the midfoot and tongue symbolize growth in overlooked places, tying the design to its deeper narrative.

Regular Priced Merchandise

Within 10 days of purchase, you can return your item and receive a refund to the original method of payment. Within 21 days of purchase, you can exchange your item or receive a merchandise credit.

Sale Merchandise

All sale and discounted items bought in store are final sale.

Online Purchases Return & Exchange Policy

Regular Priced Merchandise

You can receive a full refund within 10 days from the shipping date or merchandise credit on an eGift Card within 21 days from the shipping date. After 21 days, we will no longer accept returns.

We are not able to offer exchanges online. We recommend returning your order and placing a new order online.

Sale Merchandise

Sale items are final sale, unless otherwise indicated. No refunds or exchanges.

We offer international shipping to Europe and the United States. Any applicable duties or taxes are not included at checkout and will be the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.

Gift Cards

Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash or refunded unless required by law. All returned items purchased using a gift card will be refunded as merchandise credit back onto a gift card.

Steps To Returning An Online Order

Note: A return postage fee of $12.00 will be deducted from your refund.

1. Email hello@ownyourpermission.com with your order number and item(s) being returned.
2. Pack and ship your return with the provided return label.
3. Be sure to have your package sent off within 30 days of your shipping confirmation email.

Once we receive your package, we’ll process your return. This could take up to 7-10 business days. You'll receive an e-mail notification to let you know the refund has been processed.
